Indianapolis-based artist Mason Archie is celebrated for his masterful approach to traditional realism and exceptional attention to detail. After more than 15 years as an Art Director and pictorial artist with Lamar Outdoor Advertising, Archie transitioned to full-time fine art in 2005, drawing inspiration from the techniques of the Old Masters.

His distinguished career includes exhibitions at renowned institutions such as the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields, Indiana State Museum, Charles H. Wright Museum of African American Art, David C. Driskell Center, and Haan Museum. A recipient of the Creative Renewal Fellowship and DeHaan Artist of Distinction Award, Archie has earned numerous honors, including multiple Best of Show distinctions.

 

His work is represented in prominent corporate, institutional, and private collections throughout the United States, reflecting a lasting commitment to craftsmanship, storytelling, and the enduring power of fine art.
